10/15/30 Second Ad Spot for BuzzScreens

This form is for BuzzScreen Clients to build their 10,15, or 30-second ad spots. This form gives you the ability to communicate the information you desire on your ad as well as the look and feel you are going for. Please note that these ad spots are silent and sound will not be incorporated on your ad spot. We’ll be in communication with you every step of the way making sure you are satisfied with your advertisement. While this form is used to collect vital information about your ad, we’ll have a conversation or meet in person so you can fully express what you want in your advertisement.
