If you hire us for one of the services we offer, we’ll sit down and connect in person / (or over zoom if you are not local) so we can get a full grasp of your goals whether it’s capturing the feel of what you are wanting produced, or refining details.

Yes, we feel a contract helps us both know exactly what the expectation of services are and to ensure you are getting everything you pay for.

It is our goal to make you or your product look good because in turn that makes us look good! If you are not satisfied with something we produce for you, we are always willing to negotiate and go to reasonable means to make clients and customers happy. A happy client is a happy testimonial. ;)

Yes, while not all of our services are available virtually, many are. The services that are available to you no matter where you live: Video Editing, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Story Boarding, and Video Coaching.
